It's a convenient area with great local stores, parks, and public transportation. The neighborhood is clean and quiet with a lot of beautiful greenery

Living close to Chinatown is not recommended for safety reasons. Although it's a mostly peaceful neighborhood otherwise, it can also be a little sketchy around the stations. It is best to choose a place a little further away from the stations
