    5/5Overall
    Safety at night
    Friendly neighbours
    Everyday groceries
    Public transit
    Pros

Especially around Marine Drive Station, daily life is extremely convenient. T&T, restaurants, a movie theatre, a gym, and other shops are all within walking distance, so you can take care of most everyday needs without leaving the area. The Canada Line and several bus routes are right there, making it very easy to get to Downtown, Richmond, and the airport. I also feel safe walking around the area at night. There are even two McDonald’s nearby, which is surprisingly convenient.

    Cons

Depending on the season and wind direction, there can occasionally be an unpleasant smell outdoors from a nearby recycling transfer facility. It can be noticeable at times, although I haven’t had any issues with the smell inside my apartment.
